Telma Andersen is member of the CABI community who is a Wilton-method-trained cake decorator. She has volunteered to teach Wilton's 3rd cake decorating class, about using fondant and gum paste. Before the first class, please register and pay the $25 fee to CABI, and purchase a Wilton Course 3 cake decorating kit and book (available at Michael’s or at Joann Fabrics). There will be homework between the classes. The $25 4-class fee benefits CABI's Adult Ed program.

Class meets on 4 Sundays from 1:00-3:00 pm: July 8, 15, 29 and August 5.
Note that we will NOT meet on Sunday, July 22, which is Tisha B'Av, a fast day.
