Led by Haya Kinberg, we will read from the Book of Lamentations and learn why Jews commemorate Tisha B'Av, the 9th day of the Jewish month of Av. Tisha B'Av is a fast day, so no refreshments will be served, as some of us may be beginning a sundown-to-sundown fast. We will gather in the Sanctuary at 7:00 pm and end the evening at 9:00 pm at the stone "ruins" along the path from the historic synagogue to the parking lot. Questions?
