Let's gather to share our summer experiences, welcome Rabbi Dan back from sabbatical, and be Jewish together at the Bogus Basin Nordic Center. Our day will start with a Shabbat morning service followed by a bagel (& lox!) brunch. Afternoon activities include a guided nature hike that follows Parashat Shoftim; adult study session; PJ Library story time and a congregational art project. There will be "on your own time" to take advantage of Bogus Basin's summer activities: summer tubing, rock climbing wall, gold panning, gem mining, bungee trampoline, and bike chair lift (additional fees, paid directly to Bogus Basin, would apply). Bring your mountain bikes to ride on the maintained trails, some connecting to the "Ridge to Rivers" trail system. The day concludes with a vegetarian spaghetti feed, music jam session and sing along, and havdalah.
